Job Description- Conducts regular production line inspection and strictly implement Good Manufacturing Practices. Documents incident encountered, prepares report and recommends.
- Conducts AQL sampling and inspection on finished goods and ensure complains to the specifications.
- Writes, updates and review pertinent SOPs, work instructions and other GMP documentation as required/needed. Provides assistance control and maintenance of quality documents during retention period.
- Works with Quality Control and technical Services personnel to schedule and monitor execution of validation and production activities. Ensures all requirements are met.
- Provided assistance during product complaint investigation, Deviation Management, QCAD and Quality Risk Management as directed by the QCA Supervisor or Quality Manager.
- Conduct Real Time stability study and prepare report.
- Performs other assignments, s required by Quality Manager.
- Requirements:
With Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.)
Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in Quality Control/ Assurance in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical firm and with in depth knowledge in cGMP guidelines.
Strong working knowledge of cGMP principles.
Strong working knowledge of technical and quality concepts of the manufacturing and testing of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
Experience in participating in deviation investigation, determining root cause, and developing corrective action plans.
Team player with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
