JOB SUMMARY
Ensure that the manufactured products have complied with the requirements of the customer prior to next process or upon delivery
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approves incoming materials conforming specifications; visual and measurement test; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by conforming specification; conducting visual and measurement; communicating required adjustment to production leadman.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; submit to document controller for inputting data into quality database.
- Generate reports when non conforming items are discovered.
- Labeling of outgoing products status.
- Performs other task assigned by immediate superior and management from time to time.
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- At least High School and/or Vocational Course.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent.
- Must possess reasonable analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable on measuring instrument.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
