Quality Assurance Engineer

Molex Philippines is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will beresponsible for managing the calibration and measurement system in conformance with the Quality System requirements, in reference to applicable international/industry standards and in compliance with the requirements of customer.

• What You Will Do

Manage the Calibration/Metrology Laboratory daily activities.

Planning, implementation and periodic review of improvement actions to attain laboratory goals/KPI.

Design and implement calibration system and process improvements.

Standardize of recording, monitoring and calibration of all new and existing IMTE.

All new and transfer IMTE pass the IQC and registration in systems (SAP) for proper traceability and recording.

Full compliance of machine calibrations through monthly review/ verifications at deployed area.

Full implementation of G R&R and SPC (CMK, CPK, PPK)

• Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

BS Engineering (ECE, EE, ME, or related degrees)

With strong background and knowledge on all aspects of metrology (electrical, mechanical and dimensional)

At least 1-year relevant experience in using dimensional, mechanical and electrical IMTEs

• What Will You Put Ahead

Experience in Metrology and Calibration activities (CAL, SPC, MSA, ESD)

Knowledge in ISO/TS16949 and ISO17025 requirements

Mastery on Core Tools (such as MSA, SPC. others)

Mastery on 7 QC Tools/8D Problem Solving
