Responsibilities:- Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentary and informational requirements related to configuration, change or release management.
Leads and/or facilitates the documentation of ICT processes or systems.- Prepares test plans for assigned projects
Documents process flows, response times and service levels for purposes of improving overall performance of department.
- Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and quality assessment of processes aligned with international standards such as CMMI, ITIL or ISO
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
- With knowledge/experience in Manual Testing.
With knowledge/experience in testing automation (Winium, Selenium, Test Complete and the like)- Knowledge in programming is an advantage
Flexible and keen on details and have a good analytical skills
Willing to work in Makati City
