Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course
- At least 1 year of audit work experience involving calls, files, and processes. Also, engaged in operations calls for onboarding, training, calibration, performance evaluation, coaching, and data management within the BPO industry
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented and detail-oriented
- Must be flexible, organized, adaptable and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
