Job Summary
The employment duties as a Quality Assurance Analyst I will consist of the duties listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader. As a Quality Assurance Analyst I, you will be involved in executing a defined strategy for quality assurance and testing. You will perform customer-specific test cases based upon build
documentation and customer workflows. You will test new client builds, as well as project tickets and support tickets. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products work as intended in client environments. The shift for this position is slated to be 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the project implementation lifecycle.
- Evaluate builds, project tickets, and support tickets to make sure the work done matches the description in the ticket and that the environment is working as anticipated.
- Perform a variety of different types of tests, including functional, regression, negative, interface, and workflow-specific testing.
- Assist the support teams in reproducing customer issues, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Contribute to the QA team knowledge base such that we maintain a solid library of reference documentation.
- Execute customer-specific test plans and cases based upon build and workflow documentation.
- Work with QA leadership and team to ensure a continuous improvement in test processes.
- Follow QA processes and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Education in the Information Technology field and/or SCRUM related certifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of related experience in software quality assurance.
- Exposure to SQL basics and queries.
- Exposure to automation in Java or JavaScript is a strong asset.
- Strong competency using JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.

Work Conditions
