Candidate must possess College Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biology or equivalent.- At least 1 year of working experience in related field, preferably in the Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as advantage
Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
- Knowledgeable in computer, MS Office Applications
Willing to work or relocate in Navotas, CAMANAVA area
- Duties and Responsibilities;
Assures quality consistency of products through stages of production;- Audit of quality standard parameters on production line if being followed. Maintains standards by verifying test results and audits comply with food safety regulations and requirements;
Knowledge in food safety, Halal, ISO or FDA regulation are advantages.
- Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with good laboratory practices (GLPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
Monitor certain raw material consistency, ,ageing and expiry; Daily production sample collection, aging test, water activity- Develops regulatory requirements and guidelines in food safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazards and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
Knows in-house laboratory testing
