The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating collection calls/transactions, delivers feedback to Team Leaders and Managers for continuous improvement and support on a timely manner.
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.- With one (1) year experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a Call Center/BPO Setting.
Customer Service, Sales or Collection background is an advantage.
- Exposure in handling Australian Account is a plus.
Excellent Interpersonal Skill.- Good oral and written communication skill.
Results-driven, flexible, confident and with a positive demeanor.
- Able to work independently, can multi-task and can work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
