Description & Requirements
Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate designs, develops, maintains, and executes test plans for both manual and automated testing; records, reports and validates defects and defect fixes; participates in activities to build and enhance technical, functional, and soft skills.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or similar in Software Engineering or Computer Science
General knowledge in software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies, software quality assurance and quality control
General analytical skills related to software development.
Good communications and people skill

Background or high interest in Test Automation
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Design, Create and Maintain Test Plans (Automated and Manual)
Execute Test Plans (Automated and Manual)
Document, Report and Validate Defects
Take applicable training courses to build and enhance technical, functional, and soft skills.
Attend team meetings and participate in corporate events.
Learn and apply the PBM (Principle Based Management)
