Responsible for keeping track of all incoming, ongoing and outgoing cases in the laboratory, and informing the General Manager and/or the Technical Expert on the status of all cases in the laboratory particularly the delayed cases, rush cases, and no delay cases, thereby ensuring that all cases are being processed in time. Monitoring and expediting of cases
- Color coding and checking of in and out cases
Customer Communication- Manages work load and work time to ensure completion of tasks and assignments within sue dates
Attends and participate in scheduled meetings and training activities
- Renders additional services and duties or other works that may be assigned from time to time
Must be a graduate of any course related to the position- With or without experience
Flexible and can work under pressure, highly motivated and willing to learn.
- With above average verbal and written communication skills
