Job Summary: The position exists to support the Company's Mission & Vision through: Develops and ensures effective implementation of system for Quality Assurance, Laboratory Management and Food Safety Management and are working in accordance to globally accepted standards and specifications

Education: _Bachelor's Degree holder in Microbiology and Food Technology or its equivalent.
- _Work Experience: _At least 1 year experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing industry. Experience in Microbiological analysis and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an advantage.
_Training:
_HACCP or other Food Safety-related training- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook.
Knowledgeable in the different government processes and requirements
- Knowledgeable in principles and practices in food safety system (HACCP), HALAL, KOSHER, ISO 9001
Knowledgeable on Quality tools (e.g. fishbone, pare to) and application
