As a Quality Analyst for the Bank Operations Quality Team, you will be responsible for day-to-day quality assurance reviews, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and working collaboratively with stakeholders and management. Your role is crucial in ensuring that quality performance is monitored, communicated, and implemented in accordance with firm policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Job Responsibilities:
Perform call quality monitoring of client servicing calls.
  • Constant working with US-based team members in relation to the lifecycle of their collections call procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the quality program.
  • Require to regularly follow changing/regulatory procedures and set controls in place.
Goals and targets are required to be met and follow schedules for completing daily/weekly and monthly monitors.
  • Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management which may include partner communications, maintenance of quality agreements, etc.
Accurately judge, document, and deliver information regarding the call monitoring process by oneself.
  • Qualifications:
International call monitoring experience as a Quality Analyst
  • Knowledge of financial principles and procedures.
Common business knowledge of financial services collections.
  • Attention to detail and diligence.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of multicultural teams.
Proficient in organizing, priority-setting, and issue management.
  • At least a Senior High School Graduate
Proficient in Microsoft tools
  • Has good typing skills
Has keen attention to details
  • Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling
call quality monitoringMust be willing to work night shift (US shift)
  • Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Eastwood, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
