Job Description
- Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Provides coaching and mentoring to agents in order for them to improve on their performance and the attainment of their metrics
- Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet customer requirements and needs
- Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
- Provides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve on their performance and the attainment of their metrics
- Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management team
- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policies
- Perform other projects and duties as required
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college level
- Candidate must have one to two years of experience in healthcare account and QA role
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
