GRAVEYARD SHIFTThe position holder is responsible for transaction monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the supported account/s final output and processes that is conforms to customer and company protocols in order to meet established customer quality requirements. S/he may also serve QA point of contact, supporting the business.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs full training cycle, from development of modules, training facilitation, and evaluation to enhance employees knowledge and skills of the account and its processes.
- Participates in design of the transaction monitoring form that captures customer requirements that in turn maintains customer satisfaction.
- Reviews, prepares, submits and maintains documentation of various reports such as but not limited to performance scores or ratings, trends analysis, or any other related ad-hoc reports in order to provide internal and external customers status visibility of supported process or accounts.
- Identifies inaccuracies in databases and adheres to issue escalation for correction or mitigation to assure data integrity of scope output produced.
- Utilizes the appropriate system required for the program to gather information and answer program specific questions relevant to scope of work that will ensure accurate information dispensed or provided to the team being supported.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of a 4 or 5 yr. course preferably relating to Business Administration, BS Commerce or other Technical Disciplines
2 years or more of relevant and related experience in BPO industry
