Job Description
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Provides coaching and mentoring to agents in order for them to improve on their performance and
the attainment of their metrics
Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet
customer requirements and needs
Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
Provides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve on their performance and
the attainment of their metrics
Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management
team
Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policies
Qualifications
Perform other projects and duties as required
Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college level
Candidate must have one to two years of experience in healthcare account and QA role
Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
