Qualification:- Graduate of BS Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and must have active PRC License
With at least 5 years working experience in Estimating and Quantity Surveying from Construction industry.- Must have experience working with residential projects

Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide the cost consultation to ensure the building projects remain within budget, provide cost and materials estimation to draw in the projected budget;
Lead analysis/interpreting construction drawings to determine the requirement of materials (BOM), labor, and equipment;
- Analyze the cost of material, labor, equipment, and sub-con data;
Research materials market price by coordinating with the procurement team and other related fees;- Know how to consider material price, labor cost, equipment rental, and other fees in construction;
Work closely with design and construction teams to ensure cost analysis is fit with design and construction methods;
- Perform other tasks assigned by QS Manager.
