Job Title: QS Manager

We are seeking a
QS Manager experienced in the entire project cost management process, from bidding to subcontractor selection and owner presentations. The role involves performing detailed cost analysis, managing the bidding process, overseeing billing, and conducting cost comparisons. The QS Manager will also handle contract management, develop project schedules, and monitor progress using bar charts and S-curves, while ensuring accurate cash flow management. A licensed Civil Engineer is preferred. The candidate
MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MEXICO, PAMPANGA. Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and comparisons.
- Manage the bidding process and select subcontractors.
Prepare and present cost reports and schedules to the owner.- Oversee billing, contract management, and project timelines.
Utilize bar charts, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts to monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with financial and contractual standards.
Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
- Extensive experience in cost management, bidding, and subcontractor selection.
* Strong skills in contracts, scheduling, and financial forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
