The
Quality Management System Supervisor works on identifying and ensuring the best practices in the current systems and processes, and provides an efficient service across all Business Units. He/she will be involved in managing information and regular reports to establish trends and patterns from the information and data received. He/she will undertake survey and audit projects to continually improve the business/department functions and work with the other Department Heads to agree on operational plans.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards
Background experience in handling regulatory and statutory requirements in the supply chain industry, a definite advantage- Experience handling Document Management System
Proficient in various digital software applications and programs (i.e. Microsoft, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Proficient in written and verbal communications with ability to relate at all levels in the organization
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills- Preferably with experience working in a supply chain set-up
Ability to work independently
- Willing to be assigned at Cupang, Muntinlupa
