Job Description

Coordinate as direct support for the business Unit Manager and in mutual efforts with, Safety, Continuous Improvement and Sustainability counter parts, all actions and resources involved in the application of the integrated management system including quality, health and safety, environment, sustainability / energy.
  • Drive and Facilitate Yearly Management Review and quarterly Quality Committee
Facilitate the specification management process including their definition with a cross functional team, ensuring all necessary research and analysis prior to meeting such as customer survey, feasibility studies, gap analysis, applicable standards review, competitors benchmarking and organizing their validation by the quality committee
  • Structure reports on Country Activities plan (Quality and Safety, Sustainability, Continuous Improvement) and using Regional Self- Assessment tools review on a regular basis the BU progress and Maturity.
Plan the team training for ISO 9001:2015 Clauses Requirements and Internal Auditors with External body.
  • Define the Internal Audits calendar, team and processes to be audited.
Drive external Certification assessment for ISO 9001:2015 schedule and manage non-Conformities with the team to answer External auditor's requirements.
  • Facilitate the transfer process with partnering Business unit and consolidating best practices
Ensure all business Unit staff are familiar and well training on the process and use of the document database
  • Establish and provide document control support to authors and process owners in defining and producing Quality System documents and records
Ensure and provide direction regarding proper quality of the content of documentation and records
  • Establish and manage proper document review process
Establish availability and publishing of controlled documents
  • Establish, monitor, and respond to metrics on the efficacy of the document management system and its ability to support and business
Collect and maintain documents and records of the latest revision level
  • Timely distribute latest revision level documents and records to appropriate users and ensuring the obsolete documentation is removed from distribution and publication
Maintain the documents management system an ensure fast retrieval of documents and records on the business unit in the Group server.
  • Control issuance of documents numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers
Ensure proper documents classification, sorting, filing, and archiving in accordance with requirements
  • Review corrects formatting and completeness of documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php26,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

    * 8 hour shift
