Job Description
Administer the company Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Safety and Health
(ES&H) activities including the company wide implementation and continues improvement in the
manufacturing operations. This covers the entire system of Thick Film Printed Substrate, Hybrid IC's,
and PCB Assembly of CERW/CD-ROM/DVD-W and UPS for Quality decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Maintain and improve the QMS-9000 / ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems / including
revision of the Quality Manual as applicable.
- Organize external audit preparation conducted by customers, ISO auditors and Standard certifying
bodies.
- Assist customers/certifying bodies and government agencies during qualification, system compliance
and process audit conducted.
- Lead Auditor in System Audit, Process Audit, Documentation and Health and Safety Audit.
- Communicate with the customer, certifying bodies and government agencies for any
recommendation, improvements and any customer issues/related requirements on Standards and
Review Applications.
- Responsible in monitoring and ensuring that the (QMS) Quality Management System is
implemented and the Quality Objectives and Goals are met.
- Supervise the company wide control of Documents. in terms of issuance, retrieval, archival and
disposal.
- Attend regular meeting with customers pertaining to Quality and Standard Requirements.
- Provide necessary/requested documents and reports on Quality as per need by the customers.
- Establish yearly audit plan and improvement plan for Quality.
- Conduct internal audit to system, product and process conditions according to quality control flow
chart, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Follow-up to different departments on any concerns as maybe deemed necessary under the work
plan output and in terms of quality KPI's.
- Render assistance to different processes of production in the implementation of all established
procedures and other applicable reference documents.
- Conduct training to all personnel on Quality Awareness, Internal Quality Auditor and Full 7- Steps
Report, Inspection Criteria.
- Provide Final Disposition during the Material Review Board meeting on the detected material non-
conformance.
- Leader in collating and generating all the Quality Data that serves as monitoring of the overall
quality status of the Company and to be utilized for the continues quality and process improvement.
- Responsible in maintaining employees safety within the company premises, and report all potential
incident to the Top Management for early action.
- Appointed safety officer of the company and task to maintain good working environment.
