Assist the QA / QC Office in documenting and implementing standard quality of manufactured product.- Inspecting output samples using industry appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining the quality.
Checking the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedure and complying legal requirements.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
Recording inspection results by completing reports.- Proposing improvements to the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by observing proper utilization and maintenance and following calibration requirements and calling for maintenance/repairs.
- Act as QA/QC Inspector if necessary and as needed by the operation by reporting and disseminating information to Deputy Plant Manager as necessary.
Adhere to the established QMS, Quality Policy, Goals Targets and Objectives and its corresponding activities (such as Trainings, Internal Audits, Management Review, Special Committee appointments) and programs (5S of Good Housekeeping, Document and Records Control, Waste Segregation, EHS Related Programs, Energy and water conservation program).
Qualifications:- Atleast two years of college study in any course or vocational course and trade school graduate
Experience on Manufacturing Company as QA/QC
- Knowledge in handling measuring tools and materials
Good communication and personal relation skills- Willing to shifting schedule
