Performs tests of in-process bulk, finished products, validation and stability samples based on control procedures provided by clients, good laboratory practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the laboratory.
Accomplishes analytical reports of products/samples tested either manually or in WinLIMS.
Reports immediately unusual observations and/or out-of-specification results to foreperson and/or Section Manager, discusses possible cause of these results with the QC Manager.
Reports and discusses any problems encountered in the tests with the foreperson and/or Section Manager.
Prepares and submits status/productivity results to foreperson.
Keeps record of samples received and tested.
Maintains cleanliness of work area and surroundings.
Follows good laboratory practices and company policies.
B. Periodic Duties
Prepares and standardizes volumetric solutions.
Cleans, maintains and calibrates equipment assigned; submits calibration reports to Manager for approval.
Recommends requisition of reference standards, purchase of reagents, glassware and equipment accessories.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in BS Chemistry or Chemical Technology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Pharmacy/BS Industrial Pharmacy or equivalent.
Candidate must be proficient in the application of Microsoft Office specifically in Microsoft Excel and possesses good working knowledge on SAP.
