Job Responsibilities:1Familiarize with game products and plan designs, coordinate with operations, development, and testing positions to ensure the smooth launch of products, and take responsibility for the final release of products.
2Conduct basic research methods (based on qualitative user data or user statistics analysis) to analyze and explore user needs, and propose reasonable plans and suggestions in conjunction with product business.
3Independently conduct research, development, and follow-up on results.
4Deeply understand the product workflow, thoroughly understand user needs, collect and organize feedback, decompose goals according to product plans, continuously optimize products, and enhance user experience.
5Responsible for daily product data analysis, improving user data acquisition, and optimizing through data iteration.
6Cooperate with the operation team to carry out product service work.
Gender: Male/Female, Bachelor's degree or above,
- 2 years and above of experience in product-related roles.
1In-depth understanding of the gaming/internet industry, with keen insight into market trends, competitors, and user demands.
2Operational Experience: Experience in internet, gaming, or similar internet product operations, familiarity with user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. Capable of devising and executing effective user growth and engagement plans.
3Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis, able to collect and interpret key business data, identify user behavior patterns and market trends, and make decisions and optimizations based on data.
4Prior experience in internet or gaming operations preferred.
- 5Good Mandarin proficiency, effectively communicating with international teams and foreign users.
