Graduate of any 4 year course,
With at least 2 years of working experience,
Must have knowledge in IATF16949 & ISO9001 certification process and supplier management,
Possess leadership, Management and Negotiation skills,
Must be a Quality Management System Lead Auditor,
Willing to work or relocate in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Job Overview
Plans and organize an effective Quality Management System for the organization to ensure conformance to international quality standard (ISO 9001 & IATF 16949) and customer specific requirements (CSR),
Develop an effective QC training program based on each section ITCS 9Individual Training Curriculum Survey) to be able to improve and upgrade employees technical skills for problem solving & failure analysis,
Establish and maintain an organized document control system to ensure an updated documents or everyone's use,
Plans for section's annual budget to ensure availability pf needed resources.
