QA Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and lead a team of QA inspectors, analysts, and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  

• Oversee the entire quality control process to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements.
  

• Identify areas for process improvements and implement quality control strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  

• Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and process improvements to senior management.
  

• Provide training and guidance to QA team members on quality standards and procedures.
  

• Address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
  

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of quality control activities and findings.
  

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  
• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  

• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

• Quality-related certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, or ASQ (American Society for Quality) are an advantage.
  

• Familiarity with QA software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

  Contract length: 12 months
  
  Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
