Job Responsibilities:
The position is designed to support the Production Plant Manager in the daily production activities in order to meet quality target set by Customer. QA Supervisor is expected to coordinate quality inspections and activities of an assigned work group of quality inspectors from department and shipment of the end product.
Graduate of any Engineering degree- Must have at least 1-2 years experience handling Quality Assurance in a manufacturing set-up
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey quality standards and collaborate with various teams.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
- Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
Able to perform productively while under pressure.- Able to take prompt action to accomplish objectives and achieve goals beyond what is required.
