QA SENIOR ENGINEER TEAM LEAD

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checks the parts status of incoming, in-process and outgoing parts base on quality Standard.
• Prepares quality analysis report base on the of incoming, in-process & outgoing results.
• Checks and approves the parts evaluation prior to mass-prod.
• Controls and checks the quality process change base on initial implementation.
• Decides the minor changes deviates for quality standards for disposition.
• Handles sub-con control and set quality target and quality requirements.
• Checks and sets quality limit sample for both internal & external parts.
• Handles customer claims, inquiries and concerns.
• Window to customer requirement and customers quality visits.
• Prepare analysis and countermeasure report for customer quality claim.
• Conduct production process audits to verify the quality standard process control in the production.
• Prepares Monthly Quality Results with analysis and countermeasure.
• Handles, controls, assigns and checks the daily output of QA Engineers base on assigned task.
• Control and maintain the Quality System implemented.
• Reports the daily quality results/output and others related quality issues to Dept Manager.
