Job Description
- Oversees the daily workflow
Determines work schedules and work assignments, recommends staffing levels- Conducts performance evaluations of QA staff
Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product and packaging development team and other appropriate staff
- Coordinates product testing
Leads product quality issues resolution- Work with Senior QA Manager to train, supervise and evaluate laboratory personnel
Performs other tasks as assigned by Senior QA Manager (Flow to Work)
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Chemistry and other applied science , a registered chemist or registered chemical technician
Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience providing quality assurance especially in Homecare and other related products- Aside from familiarity with simple or complex laboratory procedures, the candidate must also shows commitment and interest in his area of responsibility
Have technical expertise in handling product complaints and root cause investigations in conjunction with internal investigation team
