Job description_To manage, plan, organize, lead, control and ensure that quality assurance activities are consistently carried in order to support the company's quality objectives_
- Duties & Responsibilities.
Manages the overall certification/recertification activities in all applicable standards and regulatory compliance.
- Communication and coordination to the company and customer resident team
Spearhead on the actual preparation for 3rd party audit- Overall management on documents for mandatory review
Overall management in ensuring issuance of documents at line and support groups
- Perform additional/special activity for standardization and continuous improvement of documentation process
Review quality system- Recommends and approves corrective and preventive action to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
Graduate of any Engineering course.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a
Plastic Injection Molding
industry Knowledgeable and can use/operate the following measuring instruments like: Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Measuring Machine; Measuring Scope and other measuring tools
- Knowledgeable on the following: 8 discipline (8D) problem solving, TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 quality standards, PFMEA, Control plan, SPC 7 QC Tools and Six Sigma Tools.
With Leadership skill and capabilities- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Can read and interpret Technical Drawings.
