Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control processes in alignment with ISO standards.
Conduct daily inspections, outage quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Collaborate with internal departments, sub-contractors, OEMs, and consultants to maintain quality standards.
Analyze QA trends, conduct compliance audits, and report on project quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and information security regulations.
Expertise in electrical transformer testing, motor checks, switchyard inspections, and C&I tests.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, construction materials quality testing, and failure mechanism analysis.
Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Ability to lead and coach site staff, with strong interpersonal and multi-cultural skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional: At least 10 years of related experience, Electrical/I&C Graduate with Thermal Power Plant experience preferred with exposure to Boiler Turbine and BOP areas.
- Leadership Experience: As discipline leader in field, Project Experience: Lead for implementation of ISO9001 processes
