JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulate, manage, implement and maintain QA/QC programs to attain Quality Objectives and Targets according to the Company Quality Policy
Supervising QA/QC activities at thee site for all disciplinese and ensure continuouss growth of all QA/QC Members in terms of skills and techniques- Resolving quality issues at site and addressing conflict with Client and Contractor Representatives and Project Management in relation to Quality
Partners with the Quality Management Group in maintaining ISO certification, internal and external audits
- Verify quality assurance and control reports from project sites
Conducts data analysis on reports made and develop process improvement and corrective actions of the department- Provides support for the mobilization of the project to comply with the Client Quality Requirements
Formulate and implement the Risk Management Plan for the department
- Adheres to Company Codes and Policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Licensed Materials Engineer I is advantageWith at least 10 years of experience as a QAQC
With at least 5 years of Managerial experience (required)- With experience in Land Development, Housing and Vertical Project
