QA/QC Inspector

Job Purpose:
The QC Engineer is responsible for implementing the company's Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Implement the quality standards of products based on the Tunnel Quality Plan (TQP).
- Monitor and assess the quality of products produced to ensure conformity with product standards.

• Job Description:

Assure that all products pass on set quality standards as per TQP
- Ensure all construction and raw materials are inspected and approved as per project specs and approved TQP.
- Conduct inspection at pre-pour, post pour, and delivery areas. Fill-up and accomplished quality control checklist QCC on pre-pour & post pour stage. Signed and approved delivery receipt or unsigned dis-approved if with issues.
- Coordinate issues to production engineer/production supervisor assigned for possible corrective action on issues seen.
- Ensure inspection are carried out as per approved TQP and encoded in QAC database.
- Reporting of any product quality issues and non-conformity.
- Oversee Production Inspector activities

• Non-conformance Report

Assure that all quality defects, violations of methods, and procedures are recorded and have issued NCR.
- Issue NCR on all quality defects, uploading to Teams folder and encoding to QAC NCR database.
- Conduct root cause analysis of all quality defects for determination of preventive measures.

• Documentation

All documents are properly filed for safekeeping and encoded on database.
- Filing of Quality Contol Checklist (QCC) per project, properly tag and boxed for safekeeping for 5 years
- Filing of Delivery receipt per project per day, properly tag and boxed for safekeeping for 2 years

• Job Specifications:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Equivalent
- PRC license or equivalent
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in the same field. (With experience in Quality control and Implementation, Computer literate.)
