At least 1 yr of work experience.- Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
Evaluates quality of incoming raw materials.
- Keeps an updated file of all materials and supplies that would be required in the construction process with their respective specifications. Checks that these specifications are followed before materials/supplies are used.
Evaluates and approves work accomplished by field personnel and subcontractors.- Maintains a record of improvement trends in product quality for evaluation.
Conducts field inspections to monitor those standards and company specifications are being implemented.
- Follow up and evaluates progress of operation.
Conducts quality assurance audit, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.- Analyzes failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to clients complaints.
Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
- Ensures timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
Prepares and submits QA/QC reports (Daily Activities).
