working experience in the same capacity. Inspects and certifies that all incoming construction materials and goods delivered to the job site comply with the approved submittals.
- Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria /checklist which shall be implemented in the job site.
Conducts inspection on all construction works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection) performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specifications.- Knowledgeable on process review and documentation flowcharting.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical & organized, decisive & possesses strong planning skills.
