JOB DESCRIPTION
- In charge of implementation of the Project Quality Plan
Conduct inspections and tests for all project works, Verifying or witnessing identified inspection points of activities, materials, tools and equipment at site as Identified in the Approved Inspection and Test Plan- Performs in process and final inspection during fabrication, construction, installation activities of assigned project to ensure materials and workmanship conform to relevant approved specifications and applicable codes.
Resolving quality issues at site and addressing conflict with Client and Contractor representatives in relation to Quality
- Conducts regular surveillance activity in the morning and afternoon to proactively anticipate non-conformance occurrence
Reporting and Closing out of Punch listing activities- Facilitate project closure and turnover with cooperation from Turn Over Team
Conducts testing and commissioning of systems
- Ensures that project personnel are fully aware of the quality requirements by dissemination of quality assurance and control procedures, documents and programs
Conducts internal audit for assigned projects- Facilitate/Leads in Client/Customer satisfaction evaluations and audits
Facilitate In process inspection and audit for supplier plant and third-party facility to assure compliance with quality
- Control and collate Quality documents for ease of retrieval and hand over
Conducts data analysis on reports made and develop process improvement and corrective actions of the department- Facilitate risk management measures as specified in the department's risk matrix
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be licensed Civil Engineer
With 2-3 years related work experience
- Experienced in Land Development is an advantage
Willing to relocate
