Key Responsibilities:- Daily Monitoring of Quality Works on Site:
Supervise and monitor daily quality activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Daily Inspection on Site:
Perform daily inspections of steel structures, PIR panels, architectural works, and finishes to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Coordination with Sub-contractor QC Engineers:
Maintain daily coordination with subcontractor Quality Control Engineers to address quality issues, provide guidance, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Conduct internal inspections in collaboration with subcontractor QC Engineers to identify non-conformities and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordination with Consultant Engineers:
Coordinate with Engineer (Consultants) to address site quality issues, facilitate inspections, and resolve quality-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Work Inspection Request (WIR's):
Prepare and conduct Work Inspection Requests (WIR's) in collaboration with Engineer (Consultants) to verify completed works and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Issue Quality Surveillance Reports and Non-Conformance Reports to subcontractors, documenting inspection findings, deviations, and recommended corrective actions.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry, with a focus on architectural works.
Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), inspection procedures, and documentation.
