Qualifications: Must have a bachelor's degree in architecture or related course of study.
Experience with Ayala and MDC projects is an added advantage
Must have atleast 1 year QA/QC experience in a construction site
- Runs and operates day to day project site activities pertaining to QAQC related matters.
- Company's primary liaison to the client and main contractor with regards to site QAQC concerns.
- Conducts regular briefing and training to personnel pertaining Installation Standards and Quality Concerns.
- Plans, attends and implement QAQC inspections with the client representative and main contractors.
- Plans and initiate punch list clearing and defects rectification and close out.
- Plan and identify material requirement complying with the approved specifications prior to procurement.
- Reports regularly to the PIC/PM on the QAQC concerns.
- Assists in controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Assists in preparing project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing jobsite accomplishment and reporting to management;
- Assists in maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Able to exemplify leadership by creating a harmonious and productive teamwork.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company should the need arises.
