Reviews reports and collaborates with quality assurance, management, and engineering teams to address production issues.- Conducts GMP/GWP audits, highlighting areas for improvement.
Initiates, develops, documents, implements, audits, and analyzes quality systems and programs (SSOPs, GMP/GWP/GLP, SOP, HACCP, etc.).
- Manages non-conformances, including investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and corrective action validation.
Consolidates, compiles, files, and manages external documents (working drafts, specifications, licenses, permits, etc.)- Assists in developing documents and reports related to facility maintenance and programs (SSOP, SOP, HACCP, etc.)
Conducts regular sanitation audits.
- Prepares and submits regular reports.
Manages calibration, validation, and verification of measuring/testing equipment.- Possesses a strong background in GMP and HACCP, ideally with experience in R&D.
Assists with trial testing, verification, and validation studies.
