JOB SUMMARY:To provide customers and clients with top quality food and service through proper implementation of standards and controls in all aspects of the business operation.
Conducts receiving of Raw & Packaging Materials based on approved sampling & testing guidelines
- Disposition and Labeling of Received items as per QMS process.
Report of the highlight and exceptions to concerned departments; log it in the QMS logbook.- Participates in the investigation of customer complaints; identifies root cause and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
Conducts random check of all in-process materials before product assembly.
- Checks compliance of all finished products prior to transfer to Dispatch area.
Ensures that cleaning and sanitation are implemented at all times.- Conducts the Daily Personal Hygiene check, monitoring of temperature of storage areas and reports non compliance to manager concerned.
Train the QMS assistant on the proper conduct of function, regularly reviews the output.
- Performs other functions assigned by the QMS Supervisor.
Graduate of BS Food Technology, or allied courses.
- With prior work experience in a manufacturing set up.
Willing to accept shifting schedule.- Computer literate; knowledgeable in the operation of basic QA tools.
Willing to work onsite.
