The Quality Assurance Manager ensures client satisfaction by ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met. The Manager will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. This is to be done in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and core values.

- Conduct a weekly one-on-one meeting/coaching with each direct report leader to:
- Assess and improve job satisfaction.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues
- Identify opportunities to recognize good performance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required to represent company clients.
- Managerial skills to work independently and be resourceful with the ability to multitask.
- Conduct a weekly quality calibration meeting with each client for programs under management and own the resolution of findings identified.
- Managing the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation.
- Review all disciplinary actions to ensure alignment with principles taught in the company's leadership training program, the company's Core Values, and Code of Conduct.
- Handle the resolution of client requests and escalations in a timely manner.
- Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree- 5+ years of US Healthcare experience
2 + years handling Revenue Cycle Management
- 2+ years experience in calling process.
2+ years of QA Managerial Experience- Excellent level of English communication skills

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
