Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Head/Manager (BPO) - Hotel Booking Account. The role involves overseeing quality control, auditing, management, assurance, and analytical tasks related to the hotel booking account. The QA Head/Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and performance in the operations.

Qualifications:

2-3 Yrs Experienced specializing in QA/Assurance or equivalent (BPO)

Previous experience in a senior or lead QA role is a plus.

Exceptional listening and analytical skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
