QA Engineer

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. The QA Engineer will work closely with the production team to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures, aiming to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement quality assurance protocols and processes.

• Develop and maintain quality control systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Identify and report defects and non-conformities.

• Utilize various testing methods and tools to ensure product quality.

Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality problems.

Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities.

Generate quality reports and metrics to track and analyze quality performance.

• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices in quality assurance and control.

• Train and support production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Provide guidance and assistance in quality-related matters.

• Promote a culture of quality within the organization.

Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

Address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer in the manufacturing industry.

Experience in quality control and quality assurance processes.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

• Proficient in using QA software and statistical tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php15,
