- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper establishment and execution of quality processes (incoming, in-process and final assurance and control)
- Ensure proper measurement, analysis, and improvement of quality processes. Conducts quality audits, both internal and external (subcon sewing & fabric supplier).
Handles customer/ subcon complaints, returns and interbase feedbacks on quality of product from investigation to resolution.- Lead in updating plant level quality reference standards, quality process work instructions, and quality skills capability development
Lead plant level quality activities related to new product development and new product launches
Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering.
- At least a minimum of 1- 2 years experience in the manufacturing
Knowledgeable in Quality Management System- Knowledgeable in using Quality Assurance and Control tools and inspection methods
