Responsibilities & Skills:
This QA Engineer position will focus on managing external customer documentation requests and answering queries which are required to register and maintain Lattice products. This includes (but is not limited to) tracking and prioritization of requests/ questions, collection and review of all information gathered, distribution of information and working with subject matter experts to fulfill customer requirements on time. Review of the material for basic facts and completeness is also performed. This is a customer-facing position.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years semiconductor or electronics industry experience with Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any other relevant course
- Has basic knowledge of semiconductor assembly process and materials
- Will work with a US counterpart and multiple subject matter experts in Manila and US to answer customer questions.
- Familiarity with automotive semiconductor requirements such as IATF-16949, PPAP, qualification reports, questionnaires is a plus.
- Can manage daily and weekly work independently.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to handle new assignments when the need arises
