JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods, and assist manufacturing scrap performance evaluation and management.
Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate reliability, precision, reliability and accuracy of processes, products and production equipment.
Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for inspection standards, quality trends, statistical trends and technical quality control chart.
Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements I standards. And ensure on time processing / administering of non-conforming products and customer claims.
Assist disposition process by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions, coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance and corrective action, and verify conformance and productivity of quality engineering system through supplier audits and surveys.
Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection standards, and review all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing methods and process specifications.

- SKILLS, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant experience in the field of Supplier's quality assurance, Production Engineering, Process Engineering and Parts / material engineering
Bachelor's degree holder preferably engineering and other fields of specializations with appropriate experiences.
Have knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
Knowledgeable in FMEA, 8D, DOE, 7QC tools
Computer Literate
