• Evaluate the current technology stack and identify necessary tools for automation.
  
• Design and implement automated regression testing frameworks across the organization's products and systems.
  
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive automation coverage.
  
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs and issues discovered during testing.
  
• Optimize and maintain the test automation environment, ensuring reliability and performance.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve testing processes and methodologies.
  

Requirements

Arm Yourself with the Expertise to Navigate the Intersection of Tech and Care

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for test automation scripting.
  
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based environments.
  
• Strong understanding of regression testing and its role in quality assurance.
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
