QA Assistant- QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, or any related science course, with or without experience.
- Technical proficiency in computers
Use attention to detail when they review documents, as they need to ensure the documents are accurate and complete.- Have a good communication skill to help resolve issues and answer questions.
Responsible for identifying and preventing issues before they occur.
- Prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
Ability to work under pressure remain calm and focused.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that the company's standards for quality are being followed by all employees.- Assists in setting quality standards and ensuring that production and warehouse is maintained at such standards.
Identifying potential problems with products or services before they reach customers.
- Conduct inspection and quality audits based on GMP/GWP/Food Safety standards, providing feedback to immediate superior regarding improvements that can be made based on findings from audits or investigations.
Conduct process monitoring in production and warehouse- Keep records of all external test results and internal records.
Ensure quality control from receiving of raw materials to dispatching of finished products.
- Arrange, coordinate, and participate in external quality audits.
To assist with annual refresher course trainings
