To combine marketing and lead management skills and will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive sales and business growth. You will leverage a variety of tools and techniques to generate high-quality leads and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation.

The Responsibilities:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
Actively generate leads and manage sales inquiries.
Connect with potential clients, send email outreach, and follow up on leads.
Grows and expands company LinkedIn presence.
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate new leads and set up meetings with decision-makers.
Import data into CRM / Database Management system.
Source out and acquire contact details for targeted key areas within the construction industry
The Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the construction sector or related industries.
Strong understanding of lead generation tools (LinkedIn and other B2B platforms) and techniques.
Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
