Q300106: Preconstruction Drafter (Countertops Design)

To generate designs for complex projects. These designs may be used to create 2D images, a process known as surface modeling, or 3D images, or solid modeling. CAD Drafter must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software.

• The Work Set-Up:

Work onsite

• 8 hour work shift

Monday to Friday

• Night Shift (9pm to 6am)

• The Salary Offer: Php 35,000 to Php 45,000 per month

• The Responsibilities:

Creates CAD drawings of our scope, calculates sqft, lnft, slab/sink quantities required

• Identifies seam location and slab quantity required to complete the project to clients specified design

Drawings are uploaded to Proposal to set client expectations

• Create preliminary design sketches for conceptual analysis

Developing technical reports

• Communicates with all project personnel for client requirements and project progress

Conceptualizes and generates 2D and 3D designs

• Prepares design materials for project presentation

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements to prepare accurate details

• The Requirements:

Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years experience, or equivalent education and experience.

• Must have countertop design, CAD and Take off (Bluebeam) software experience

Can effectively communicate and interact with machine operators and engineers

• In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods & estimation formulas.

Excellent in math and IT, and with an analytical mindset.

• Good English communication skills

Must be able to provide a design portfolio (countertop designs)

Experience in designing countertops in luxury hotels, residentials, and commercial.
