DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:

Work on requests that pertain to enhancement or maintenance of existing contracts, labor scheduling and forecasting application and/or time & attendance system.

Design, develop, and test solutions following Albertsons standards and guidelines.

Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.

Work in a team environment, reporting to the WFM Dev & Maintenance IT Delivery Manager.

Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.

Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

Estimates software development / application configuration efforts and determines skill requirements.

Qualifications / Other Requirements:

Knowledge in Jira

Experience in AI development

Knowledge of similar Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling and Forecasting, or Contracts systems

Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology

Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
